Does it work with my LOS?+
Arive today, with full two-way sync (we pull loans, statuses, and business contacts; you stay in Arive for the loan file). Encompass and Floify are on the roadmap. If you're on something else, email us and we'll tell you what we'd need to add support.
Will Lola send emails on my behalf without me approving?+
Never. Every Lola draft lands in your /lola-drafts queue or pre-fills your compose dialog. You review and send. The only emails that go out automatically are manual sends and scheduled sends YOU set up.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export everything (households, borrowers, loans, activities, partners, links) at any time as JSON or CSV. After cancellation, your data sticks around for 90 days in case you come back, then we hard-delete.
Can my processor, LO assistant, or business-dev person have their own login?+
Yes, on every tier including Solo, and they're completely free. Invite them, pick their role (Processor / LO Assistant / Business Dev), and they sign in with their own Google account. They operate inside YOUR CRM with role-scoped access — they can log activities, complete tasks, manage tasks, and (for the LOA) book on your calendar. We only charge for licensed Loan Officer seats.
Will my assistant see my email?+
No. Email is private to the licensed LO, always. No assistant role — Processor, LO Assistant, Business Dev, or Admin — can read, send, or even glimpse your inbox or sent folder. The same rule covers Lola: Lola only drafts email for the LO who connected Gmail. Calendar IS shareable with the LO Assistant (so they can book meetings on your behalf), but email is not.
How is a Team seat actually counted?+
One seat per LO who connects their OWN Arive credentials and syncs their OWN pipeline. If three LOs in your office each connect Arive, that's three Team seats. If one LO syncs Arive and two assistants help them work that pipeline, that's one Solo seat (the assistants are free). Seats follow the LO's Arive connection, not the headcount.
Why only charge for the LOs pulling from Arive?+
Because that's how an LO's business actually scales. You add an LOA before you add a second LO. You add a processor before either. Charging per-seat for the support team punishes you for building the right structure. MyLola charges for the revenue-producing seat (the licensed LO with their own pipeline) and lets you staff the rest of the team however you want.
How does the free trial work?+
14 days, no credit card. Connect Arive and Gmail, watch your real pipeline auto-populate, run a few workflows. If it doesn't click, walk away. If it does, drop a card before the 14 days end and pick a tier.
Is my email private from my team?+
Yes. Team members never see your personal Gmail inbox. They only see email threads that have been ATTACHED to a household or partner. Your @austensmith.com inbox stays yours.
What about RESPA?+
MyLola is an LO-side CRM. It doesn't do payment-flow, lead-purchasing, or anything that touches RESPA Section 8. We share borrower data only with the LO who owns the household and the team members they explicitly invite. Standard CRM posture.
How do you handle Gmail rate limits on mail merge?+
Mail merge caps at 100 recipients per click with 500ms pacing between sends. That keeps you under Gmail's ~500/day per-user limit even with normal day-to-day sending alongside. For larger blasts (1000+), Enterprise gets a dedicated outbound integration.
